The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to help grow
SkyFarm’s customer base across Western Canada. If you have a strong understanding of
agriculture, enjoy building genuine relationships, and are excited about innovation in farming —
this could be the perfect fit.
You’ll be working directly with progressive farmers, custom applicators, and ag retailers to
introduce SkyFarm’s drone application services and help them spray and seed more
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads and close new business within the ag and ag retail sectors
● Host on-farm demos and represent SkyFarm at ag shows, field days, and events
● Educate growers on drone spraying and seeding capabilities, safety, and ROI
● Collaborate with operations and training teams for a seamless customer experience
● Maintain CRM records and track progress against sales targets
● Stay current on ag tech developments and customer pain points
You Bring:
● 2+ years of ag sales experience or a strong farming/ag retail background
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
● Willingness to travel within Western Canada
● Valid driver’s license
● Bonus: Experience with drones, custom application, or agronomy

The Opportunity
Become a key player in deploying our drone solutions by assisting in field operations, customer demonstrations, training, and technical support. Your role ensures farmers understand and effectively use our technology, leading to successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in planning and executing drone missions (spraying, mapping, monitoring)
● Help set up and troubleshoot drone equipment on-site
● Ensure safe and efficient drone operations in compliance with regulations
● Support live drone demos for potential customers, showcasing capabilities
● Train farmers on drone operation, flight planning, and data interpretation
● Provide hands-on guidance for post-purchase usage
● Address customer technical issues (remote or on-site)
● Diagnose drone performance problems and coordinate repairs
● Document field feedback to improve product and training materials
● Manage drone equipment logistics (transport, charging, maintenance)
● Assist in scheduling field visits and demo sessions
● Work closely with sales and engineering teams to relay customer needs
You Bring
● Relevant farming and field operations experience in agri-tech, drones, or technical customer support is preferred
● Farming background or familiarity with agriculture related economics and agronomy is a big plus
● Basic understanding of drone technology and characteristics (DJI, Agras, XAG or similar) is preferred
● Comfort with tech tools (flight planning apps, data software, etc.)
● Strong Communication – able to explain tech to non-tech users
● Problem solving mindset for field challenges
● Willingness to travel to farms and word outdoors
